Landgoed Nooren — since 2022
Landgoed Nooren is an exclusive private property in Cadzand-Bad. Available for organisations, companies, and families for short or long-term stays.
The country property is situated in the Tienhonderpolder, which lies to the north-east of Cadzand (in the province of Zeeland). The polder has a long history and was flooded several times over between the 14th and 20th centuries. During the North Sea Flood of 1953, the polder was recalibrated and designated as agricultural land.
The Nooren family acquired 14 hectares of farmland in the context of the redevelopment plan for Cadzand’s coastal area. It is here that they built Landgoed Nooren.
Reinier and Claudia Nooren – van de Riet have single-handedly designed and developed this property.
Our modern country villa has all the luxury and home comforts you can think of.
There is a spacious, high-end living room on the ground floor, in addition to a kitchen, coffee corner and large meeting room. The latter is equipped with a large screen with various internet facilities. The meeting room has lovely views of the surrounding nature.
The spacious terrace has a large conversation pit with a fireplace and several jacuzzis.
Live the dream in a luxury villa with spacious suites equipped with an en-suite bathroom.
The villa’s most desirable feature is the unique, spacious suite for two, which has a bath and large walk-in shower. From this dreamy suite, you walk out onto the terrace where you can enjoy some time in the jacuzzi with a view of the surrounding nature and the stork’s nest.
The Flemish Barn is a thatched pavilion and is ideally suited for langer groups. It can be used for (networking) events, team sessions or group trainings.
The Flemish Barn is located next to the villa and has a large room (hall), with a luxurious kitchen and fireplace. The fireplace can double as a barbecue/grill. Alternatively, you can use the Yakiniku BBQ for all outdoor cooking.
There is a cosy lounge area and a spacious terrace located outside the accommodation, with stunning views of the water and nature.
