General Terms & Conditions Maison Cadzand B.V.

These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements relating to the services provided by Landgoed Nooren.

In these terms and conditions, the term “tenant” refers to the person who rents Landgoed Nooren in their name for themselves and others in a group or enters into an agreement regarding the rental of the estate. The term “user” (also referred to as guest) refers to the tenant and the persons specified by the tenant who use the accommodation and/or other facilities rented. The term “landlord” refers to the owners of Landgoed Nooren.

These general terms and conditions are applicable. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing. The primary tenant must be 18 years or older and is responsible for the co-guests staying at Landgoed Nooren. Once a guest confirms the reservation, they agree to the general terms and cancellation policies of Landgoed Nooren. The stay is limited to the period from the time of arrival to the time of departure as specified for Landgoed Nooren.

In writing
The term “in writing” refers to: email, postal mail, and/or any message that is typed, written, or sent.

Reservation
An agreement between you and Landgoed Nooren is established when Landgoed Nooren confirms your reservation. The agreement pertains to the accommodation and/or other facilities for recreational use.

Prices
You are obligated to pay Landgoed Nooren the agreed rental price, as stated in the reservation confirmation and invoice. Prices are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Price increases may apply if Landgoed Nooren is affected by interim adjustments to legal regulations (including VAT, tourist tax, and insurance tax) beyond its control, which will be implemented and passed on accordingly.

Tourist tax
The contribution for tourist tax is determined by the municipality where Landgoed Nooren is located. The tenant is always liable to Landgoed Nooren for the applicable rate of tourist tax as set by the municipality.

Payments
If you fail to meet the payment obligation within the 14-day term, Landgoed Nooren has the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect, without prejudice to Landgoed Nooren’s right to full payment of the agreed price. If, on the day of arrival, Landgoed Nooren has not received the total amount due, Landgoed Nooren is entitled to deny you access to the accommodation, without prejudice to the right to full payment of the agreed price.

Liability
Landgoed Nooren accepts no liability for theft, loss, or damage to property or persons during or as a result of a stay at Landgoed Nooren and/or the use of other facilities provided by Landgoed Nooren. You and your group are jointly and severally liable for any damage and/or loss to the rented accommodation and/or other properties of Landgoed Nooren that occur during your use of the facilities. If the property is left in an excessively dirty condition, additional cleaning costs will be charged, which you are required to pay immediately.

Pets are not allowed, and bachelor parties or youth parties are also prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted in any accommodation spaces.
